This is due to an administrative error between BT and Sky Business Broadband
This morning (18/06/25) customers began to notify us that our phone was off yet again. We have been told by Sky Business that the service will be restored in 24 hours and is as a result of BT trying to reclaim our number even though the line has been live with Sky for nearly 2 weeks.
Previous to this, after taking nearly a week to initially get the line live (it had been routed to the wrong address), it was cancelled without notice and disconnected meaning we were without a phone for another 10 days, until the line was re-installed.
